Very happy with my experience having a gender reveal at Numi Scan. I have been to a few establishments that offer baby scans and I have to say this is the nicest and most modern facility in the Birmingham area. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend booking here!

We had the most amazing experience at Numi Scan Birmingham and couldn't recommend them highly enough! We visited at 38 weeks for a 4D scan, not expecting to get such incredible images so late in the pregnancy, but the quality completely exceeded our expectations. It was such a special and emotional moment to see our baby so clearly just before meeting her. The staff were absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel relaxed from the moment we walked in, explained everything throughout the appointment, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the experience without ever feeling rushed. One of the highlights was being able to take home a beautiful bunny with a recording of our baby's heartbeat inside. It is such a thoughtful keepsake and something we'll treasure forever. Every time we press it and hear those little heartbeats, it brings back the emotions of that incredible day. The clinic is modern, spotless, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was handled professionally, and it was obvious that they truly care about creating unforgettable memories for expectant parents. Me and my Husband came to NumiScan for a scan at 11 weeks, our experience was fantastic! Customer service is excellent and so much care and attention is taken throughout the whole scan. 1st of all im so glad i came to numi scan i had few concerns i was worried about and booked numi scan the staff was so polite and helpfull the lady who did my scan was amazing she went into every detail with me when doing the scan the lady at reception was so friendly i defo recommend anyone who looking to book a private scan they were just amazing will he booking my gender scan soon Thank you for lovely service

Honestly, the ladies in there were so kind. The receptionist Elena was so sweet and they gave me a sample kit afterwards which honestly was so nice to receive. The sonographer, Michelle, she was bloody lovely, I kept asking her so many daft questions but she answered them all and honestly it was really appreciative of them as I didn't feel rushed at all. I got a copy my photos and also a video too which was really lovely.

We had an appointment earlier in January 2026 but can still remember they were very professional, welcoming and definitely recommend. We had a really great experience and had state of the art equipment, we'd love to come back again.

I really enjoyed my experience here. It's such a beautiful clinic with lovely decor and the scan room is huge! Like double the size I've seen in other clinics. The receptionist was so lovely, as I was a nervous wreck. She was really patient in listening to my concerns. And the sonographer Michelle was so kind and reassuring during the scan, letting me know what she was seeing and anwering any questions I had. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking future scans here.

I had the pleasure of using these services to get reassurance and the whole experience was a delight from walking in, I felt welcomed it was calm and relaxed.
